Most of you are familiar with our client Viracor. They are a great client but usually have very exacting specifications that we are working with or very tight time frames.
We just completed a panelboard addition that Viracor needed to be on the emergency back-up system. To accomplish this we would have to perform a scheduled shut-down of the entire building. Due to the nature of their business they can only be without power for a very short time.
Jacob and Todd gave up some of their family time to work on Sunday afternoon. They scheduled the electrical shut-down for 2:00 PM last Sunday (because this was the best time for Viracor) and did a very rapid panel connection to the emergency generator.
Viracor was very impressed with the efforts made by Todd and Jacob to minimize their downtime and complete their project on a weekend. Thanks for doing whatever it takes to create solid relationships with our clients!
